Ok, For everyone who loves music, and just HAD to get a system installed in your car, this thread is for you! :D
This is mine:
Two 12" Rockford Fosgate Punch P212S4
One Rockford Fosgate Punch P3001
Four Pioneer TS-A1780R (6-3/4" 4-Way Speakers)
Aiwa CDC-X116 (Old and crappy, I need a new one)
Q-Logic Custom Camaro box
All in a '94 camaro

i've got one of these (Infinity Basslink powered subwoofer)...
and one of these (Kenwood Z919 MP3-CD player)...
i used to have 2 12" Rockford Fosgate subs (with a RF amp, i forget which one) in my old car, but i sold them when i moved out of NY for money and trunk space... i like the Infinity Basslink 'cause it's just enough bass for me, and it's really small. |

I was thinking about getting a self-powered woofer, decided against it, for no particaular reason, they are just as good. More convenient anyway.
I was thinking about getting a new CD player with a touch screen. It might not be worth it, though. |

500 watt pioneer imp 10" speaker and a cheap 500 watt amp. Oh and 2 tweeters up front, but everything else is stock, 6 disc changer has a cd stuck in it, so it blows ass.

yea my last car had a kick ass system, 2 12" and multi amps, but I had soo little trunk room it drove me insane. This is perfect, decent boom and I have a place for dead hookers. |

Putting sound systems in ur car is for highschool kids who seek attention on the road. Nothing draws more heads than wigger beats and ear shattering bass.
BTW, if you have a new VW, there is absolutely no reason to change ur stereo system, I'd rather have the stock BOSE it comes with than most pictured here. |
