It's never let me down, isn't a bloated pile of that MSN is, is much slimmer and nicer to look at on my desktop instead of something that looks to have been designed by some special-ed kid, and generally functions better. Not to mention it never has the problems that you all have with MSN all the time! |

Many people tried, and keep failing. Those MS people apparently aren't as dumb as a box of nails after all.
Regarding Trillian: I used version 3.0 back when it just surfaced. MSN is a bigger memory hog, and Trillian did have nifty that MSN didn't have. Then MSN 7.0 and above came out, ad-remove patches and plug-ins for it were developed, and suddenly it was Trillian that was lacking the features of MSN and not the other way around. When Trillian develops a plug-in or better yet, a built-in feature that will make it compatible with MSN personal display names and MSN spaces, I will be sticking with MSN. I WANT TO switch to Trillian, I'm just waiting for them to get their in order and implement the function that I use on MSN. When that happens, PM me and I'll switch instantly. |
