| I am making my purchase next week and it is a toss up between the Numark 06 (With the effects) or the Denon DNX100. |

Amazing, I have gone through numerous google searches and 0 DNX100 reviews! I know Denon is a good brand and this seems like a nice mixer for the beginner dj, but I need to be sure. It is still a $200 investment.
The Stanton SMX301 doesn't seem to shabby either..... |

| Is it a big deal to not have Kill Switches on a mixer? |

Considering my $1700 Xone 92 doesn't have them, I'd say no :)

Uh.. xone isnt a battle mixer.. and i personally LOVE my kills.....
But for a lot of styles kills arent necessary... |

He didn't say he was looking for a battle mixer ;) And considering this is "TRANCEADDICTS" forums, I would assume he's not mixing hip-hop.
Yeah kills can be nice, I had the "eq on/off" on my DN-X1500 and that was nice to throw things in and out.
But... I don't miss them at all with the xone.

DOOMBOT, what are you mixing? Cd's or vinyl?
I've got a DXM-06 that I could sell you but, when I use it with my TT's I get a random feedback on channel 2 and I have no idea what causes it. However, when I play cd's it's not a problem at all. So depending on what you are spinning...
I could give you a very good deal on it and I'm in the Philly area, up near Newtown. PM me if interested. |
