if you think about it, that's really ing disturbing.
if the graphics become that good, surely people will create some kind of VR system, and people will just totally loose their lives to video games. |

probably in 10 - 15 years, we won't need controllers anymore, because VR will actually be afforadable , making ps and xbox go out of business, unless if they invest in it ...
vr has been in the talks for over 15 years now, but hasnt really emerged yet, because it is darn too expensive to make the hardware, and the software takes many months to do, compared to a couple of weeks for games on the xbox and ps . |

| I saw this think at school, when they make us watch this show every morning called channel 1 (Teen news and stuff), and they were talking about kids playing too much video games, and saying stuff about sony making this thing that connect to your brain and you can feel the stuff thats happening in the game. You get hit, you feel it. ouch. And also, it said something about it helping ppl in comas... |

| Scientists have already created a program that allows you to control objects on a screen with only the use of brainwaves, eye-movement and some sensors attached to your head from the console. Its expensive, but give it a decade or so, and it will be huge. Just look at the games today. How far do companies expect to go by mainly basing thier ability to sell the product by visuals alone? Within next 2 generations of consoles, graphics will pretty much become what CGI is today and more innovative projects will arise. This is why I think Nintendo will probably win out overall. Hell, just look at what they are doing with the Revolution. |
