Syd review:
Well i had a top night, was a little tired from Canberra the night beofre so we hung out in the old dj booth section, plenty of room and a great view. I thought the sound was a little bad at times but was still rather good.
He was a different person from when we saw him the night before. In canberra he looked tired and just looked like he wanted to go to bed and the crowd in canberra were not as pumped as HOME's, there was no atmosphere in Canberra, but Sydney Damn! you could tell he was feeding off the crowd, and when nervous and steve were getting their records out Paul turned and said he wanted to keep playing and they backed away.. he was having fun.
Set wise, in Canberra it was really electro and house with a little bit of trance... compared to last nights good old banging PVD.
all in all top night, top weekend!

also at some point in his (PvD) set i thought i hear the rolling snare drums of Plastikman - Spastik .. although at that point of night i am not entirely sure about anything... :toothless

I had a really good night! :) PVD was prob not the best i have heard from him but still really enjoyed it.
Great to see/ meet all the TA's out in force! lol
Humate-Love stimulation made me feel like a trashed 18yr old standing back on the docks... ah the memories :D :D :D highlight of my night!

i was in a queue for 40 mins just to get to the fkn cloak room but it was worth it just to get to hear this track 3 hours later. :D |

I was exchanging hair straightening techniques with Papa Smurf and stealing beacballs from upstairs!
Was lucky enough to catch PVD as he came up to get changed and scored a signature on my lanyard, although as he was so rushed it looks more like japanese.
Had a great time. Popped into Sunny for a bit but was disappointed and returned for my PVD fix :D |
