What would you do if we had another draft. Say, to fight a war with N. Korea or Iran, which i wouldn't doubt at all happening sometime in future, hopefully not. but, in any case, would you answer the call for draft, whether u live in the USA, or any other country??

Yes. But if it's some bull cause like Iraq I'd go as a medic.
Lepanto
yes i would.

Even though I wouldn't even qualify due to visual handicap (blind out of an eye and 6/15 in my other), if I was still forced to be drafted and join the war and couldn't get an excemption, I'd probably find a way out of the country and immigrate there or even become a refugee. I could _never_ see serving in the military. I wouldn't care about breaking the law, as it would only be a crime in the country that I just left permanently.
Shakka
I'd serve.

I agree with Occ. It depends on if it's a bull cause (like installing a fundamentalist Shiite regime in Iraq for instance) or not.

I (although not a US citizen) would never have any problem serving the army for a good reason, but going to Iraq or something I would just fool the drafting ppl in some way...

I would never risk my life for something I don't believe in.
Psy-T
the only touchy subject in my life :(

if i could, i'd leave the country.

practically, i couldnt, and i have been drafted.

some of you know the story of my war against the army, others don't, but i don't enjoy reitterating it, so.....

meh

I have a medical condition. I'm alergic to bullets you see.

I would serve, no matter the reason, but we will never have a draft, so no need to worry about.
Arbiter
I'd know who my real enemies were, and act accordingly.
