Wow CD 1 is nothing short of innovative, great to see a truly different album being released.

I am going to the middle east for a holiday later this year so it should be great to listen to it then!

Franky, I don't see anything that innovative about cd1... it's not like Moshic is the first one to use Middle Eastern vocals in this kind of darker prog house and production wise this isn't anything groundbreaking either. That being said, Salamat is a good album and Moshic is definitely a talented producer.

can you give names of progressive album that have a Middle Eastern vocals like salamat?
Kinde
I wasn't talking about albums... just tracks with Middle Eastern vocals in general, e.g. Luzon's The Baguio Track.

i dunno where he was going with that...

but i must admit. this cd is alot better than most stuff coming out recently..... so for a good cd to come out, i call it innovatiive!

Was this done in Ableton??
soothingly beautiful to listen to...very middle eastern atmosphere...throughout the whole mix feels like I am in in Egypt or something

A quick question YO-I.... where are a lot of the vocals from? Were they specially made for the album or are they taken from other aources?

It just arrived to my house today, in perfect condition may I add. I've heard two tracks so far and they have been mindblowing. I didn't "preview" the album since I wanted to have a complete surprise.

Go Moshic, excellent underground progressive house.
Porky

holy focktoids! this album blows me away! still absorbing the magic of both cds.. i will need to give it a few more listens to give it full review

awesome! a rare album that shows the magical talent of moshic. this album even beats Pole Folder's Zero Gold and Dousk DIY for great albums released in the recent year
