Is It gay For men To Have highlights/Streaks in their Hair? (pg. 2)

i don't think it's gay at all, but you still have to do it right if you want it to look good.
depending on what you're hair color is you want to add highlights that are only slightly lighter than your natural hair color to give it depth and break up the monotony. darker hair colors and natural hair colors have been in this season and the blonde highlights aren't these days so i'd avoid that. but as long as you get it done subtley it'll look good. |

| I've had highlights put in a few times. The reaction from most guys is some backstreet boys comment or something to make you feel dumb but I think a lot of these comments come from wishing they had them themselves. I personally think they can only add to one's appearance in a good way when tastefully done but some people will beg to differ. Whatever floats your boat. |

streaks are not in...
you can highlight without streaking and it's more subtle and natural looking...
