Where are you partying on New Year's Eve?
There are like 25 of us rolling down there(thought it would be a nice change to get out of the city), and no one can agree on anything. Of course.

You could do what Yujie suggested, but expect to pay some pretty steep excessive covers everywhere you go. Places in DC tend to think they are the hottest on earth these days. |
