I downloaded a mp3 file that is 48000Khz, so i cannot write that one to CD.
i tried to turn it to wave file and encode [with audiocatalyst] but again it makes me a 48khz file.
how can i make it a 44100khz file?
any help will be appreciated!

It shouldn't be that difficult to get your hands on a wav editing program that can do that.
I know, for one, that Sound Forge - the one that I use - has the ability to change the..... erm..... kHz of a particular track. |
