Reason&Abelton Book/Video Suggestions

Im looking for some books to explain the ins and outs of the various features in Reason 3 and Abelton Live 5 (More for DJing than production).
Im looking for a book that has detail explainations on what each component does in the software. And that it 'walks' you through examples or in depth tutorials.
What do you think of Rreason 3 Power/Ableton Live 5 Power? Or 'Ableton Live 5 Tips and Tricks'? Any other suggestions, comments?
What resources: books, videos, websites, etc. specifically helped you the most? Please be specific with the name of the resource.
I am simply looking for additional resources to help with understanding these complicated peices of software, and to enable me to use them to their fullest potential. |

| the "Power" series are pretty good tutorial-ish books. Guitar Center has copies of those books, and i've seen them in Borders as well. try flipping through them in the stores and see if they work for you. if you need any help w/ ableton... hit a brotha up |

there's few free Ableton tutorials Video and Text (dont know if to call it a tutorials...) Sort of explain about the features and stuff
