ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL IS BACK
The eighth installment of the legendary UMF is confirmed to take place on Saturday March 25 2006.
We are currently finalizing the line-up and all details of the festival. NEW PRODUCTION - Ultra is pleased to announce the festival’s new Production Director, Ron Doroba. Currently serving his third year as Main Stage Production Manager for The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Ron’s countless years of production credits include Woodstock ‘94, The Tibetian Freedom Festivals, Pope John Paul II Mass @ Central Park, many Lollapaloozas, Horde Festivals and more.
Expect new creative production elements mixed in with cutting edge LED and HD Video & Display technologies. Sound, Lighting and Laser production will evoke feelings of pure pleasure and satisfaction.

More than 7,000 carried on next door to the American Airlines Arena for Ultra’s first ever official after party. Sasha, John Digweed, Roni Size, UNKLE, Hernan Cattaneo and James Zabiela rocked the massive, state of the art Arena and open-air Seaside Terrace past 6am.

ULTRA NY ROCKS CENTRAL PARK
After years of speculation and rumor, ULTRA NY became a reality. Co produced with Ultra Records, this unforgettable event SOLD OUT in advance, It was an incredible day and night that saw memorable moments such as New York House Kings Danny Tenaglia and Erick Morillo going back to back in the Ultra Tent and The Chemical Brothers taking the crowd on an epic hour and half open-air musical journey with the majestic Central Park as their backdrop, The party continued at Crobar NY until noon the next day. Danny Tenaglia and Timo Maas tag teamed in the Main Room until Danny took over for another legendary marathon set. Mylo and Josh Wink played the Red Room to a packed dance floor from open to close.

| Definitely going to Miami that week, but not sure about UMF, given the poor trance lineup so far. Hopefully they'll add Armin and Ferry, and then it might be worth the $235... |
