Now, I think, Swamper pays for a certain amount of traffic each month (or year) and there was still a lot of "free bandwidth" so close to the end of the year. So he decided to upload all the nice stuff. And eventually, the traffic became so enormous that the total traffic filled the bandwidth gap completely.... That was when he pulled the plug... |
