Hey I'm definitly an Armin fan... , it's hard to pick which is the BEST liveset of 2001... I mean, there are so many good ones out there... I voted for Judge Jules - Qontact... cause even though Judge has made some big dissapointing sets... the Qontact set was outta this world... but I also really dug Marco V - Innercity 2001, and Tiesto - Club EAU 2 year anniversary... I also really liked Johan Gielen - Radio 538 (10-20-01)... and Armin's latest set on ID&T (1-4-02) is GREAT!!! but this is a 2001 poll.. so I can't vote for that one

I voted Johan Gielen 2.17.01 Trance Energy set.... by far the best.
..But it was a very tough decision... i could have picked 6 of them!
**BTW - all you tiesto fans! What the hell are you thinking picking Club Eau???/ That set was ok, but SUCKED compared to Tiesto @ Dutch Dimension - that was his best set of the year.... yes a lot of tracks are the same but best organization and order of tracks is @ Dutch Dimension..
I also like almost every single Armin set from this year... but because so i couldn't figure out just one to single out. Also LOVED picotto's Qlimax set... Jules at Qontact was a classic.
man i wish i could have voted for more than 1!!

This one's a real toughie ... got most of these but none of the Gielen sets and not PvD at Gatecrasher ... not a bad year's worth of work for a 56K user :D
Jules @ Qontact still floats my boat totally, but Ferry stole it in the end with the Rosenmontag's set. |
