Please help me out guys. Building a new setup and in need of 2 cd players. Also what mixer would you reccomend with them? I am using old Numark dmx03 now. All comments would be appreciated.

If you get the Numark it will come with a gun to shoot yourself for making a horrible decision

i've played on both, i like the pioneers better
the numarks will outperform the pioneers in scratching, but the pioneers are butter for mixing on

thanks a lot Tony for the post, I am not an R&b or hip hop Dj so I dont need much sratching. I play 100% trance in the clubs. Kinda hard in US but going to play in my native city next summer in Russia. Wanted to have a nice setup before I get there :).
thanks again for the advice. Pioneer IT IS :)

I am saving my money for the numark hdx, which will probably cost a little more than a cdj 1000mk2. Those are gonna be good. Numark had them for 2 years in production and testing to make sure that it is reliable too. Built in 80 gb hard drive too!

Pioneers are the standard, but Numark CDX are the cdplayers that are the closest to the vinyl-feel i think.

the way i look at it is, if i want to play vinyl, i'll play vinyl
i know i'm playing cds, i don't need to pretend
