He played the everything but you loop over a # of tracks for like 30min same goes for the meat katie loop he used at the begining of the set..... I guess if you think layering tracks with a drumloop for 40min is cool more power to ya. But IMO it was just a gimmick as he wasnt doing anything really innovative with live. ~fr0st~b its all about the tracks hes playing over the drumloop umes23 my favorite essential mix of the year! his use of live might not have been a lot more than simple, but simplicity is often best, and what's amazing about this mix is the high quality content in it and how it's pieced together... clearly it's not all dancefloor material but how he weaves it all together... without his "gimmick" etc, none of this music would work together so nicely. i think he did a great job regardless of what other more impressive capabilities live has. Greedy i dont see anything breakthrough about this compared to what junkie xl and infusion already do for their shows. just my opinion!
