[ Uplifting Trance] Static Blue - Beyond (Full Original 320kb) (pg. 7)

Caleb
i didnt read the rest of this thread:

after giving it a couple of hard listens, ive come up with 2 places i dont like, the drums as the very first sound kinda 'cheap,' and the cutoff around 2:54 in was a tad cheesy.

otherwise, this was right ing on. quite a wide range of sounds and uses. i think i even picked up some real old school stuff from back in the mid 80s.

great track.

especially the break. the sound characteristic of that lead at 3:12, just awesome (did you customize that? or do anything special to it?)

but i think the main part could've been more to it, hard to explain. i bet if you went up another octave, that might do it, IMO.

but your stuff is always quality...thanks for the download! it's nice to see guys like you who have out on labels make stuff for free for everyone...props to you...

thanks. The lead in the main part is just a couple of V-Station plucks :)

thx to Caleb too !

this might sound stupid but wich patch on the v station and is it the software version or hardware ? ...i know you must of messed with it a bit to get that sound........got any advice many thanks michael
staticblue
hardware and software versions of v-station / k-station sound pretty much alike, from what i have heard (except the filters maybe). I used software version, but the pluck is not based on a factory patch sorry :)
