I wanted FSU to win (or at least make it close) because everyone figured they would've gotten slaughtered by PSU. I don't like the idea of conference championship games so I was pretty bitter that we lost to a 3-loss FSU team and basically got nothing to reward us for our regular season. So I wanted FSU to prove that they actually gave a about the BCS game and play well. Also it's nice to see other teams in our conference do well on the national stage. |

I haven't won yet but if I do, it's about $280. not bad, considering it was a $5 buy-in. |

i cant believe fsu lost. oh wait yes i can. WE SUCK! :( that was one of the tiest yet most exciting games i've ever watched. fsu played like , but yet we were still in it the whole time.
i dont understand it. i really dont. like "oh no we cant run the ball, our offensive line is ." but every time leon washington got the ball he ran it for a first down. 6 rushes for 30 yards. hey i think 5.0 per carry is pretty darn good. give him the ball more god damn it! and then the swing pass to booker. wow. the line had SOMETHING to do with that. bro, i just dont get it. okay wait, so penn states got awesome cbs so we cant throw our jump ball to carr, but wait, this makes MORE sense. lets run the same play, but instead of using carr, we'll use willie reed, our SHORTER guy. YES THAT MAKES MORE SENSE! but we wont complete a single one of those, so at the end in desparation we'll FINALLY throw one to carr, and guess what, HE ING CATCHES IT! so many stupid play calls in this one. and i swear, how many ing penalties did we have? like a freakin million? i'm REALLY not suprised we lost. and lets not blame it on the kicker here. yes, had he made ONE of his kicks we would of won (in theory) but had fsu done ONE thing better, just one aspect of the game, dont care which one, we wouldnt of needed to rely on our kickers foot. we shot ourselves in the foot, and i'm sorry, but I ING HATE JEFF BOWDEN! bobby is still king, but he needs to grow some balls and fire his son. or atleast make him a sideline coach or something. we need a good offensive coordinator. without it, we dont have a shot at anything ever again.
i dunno. with a good offensive coordinator fsu could go in the "right direction" like bobby was talking about in the post game. i mean, weatherford, carr, and antone smith are all freshman. i see amazing potential in these guys. so now if we can only get them some good play calling, we'd be set.
grrrrrr. i can only hope next year will be better. |
