i made a post last month about my other cat dieing and in that post i said something about my 18 year old cat and that she wasnt doing so good.
well she has had mouth and teeth problems (really gross i am not going into details) and we found out today that she has mouth cancer. it has gotten to the point where it has literally eaten away at her mouth and she cannot eat or drink anymore. the vet said plain and simple that she cannot live like this. i am kind of glad he put it like that b/c it made the decision easier. she is acting semi-fine and she is still aware, but she cant eat or drink and i am not going to have her starve or dehydrate to death.
i am just sad b/c this is the first time in my life that i have not had any animals in the house. i am also sad b/c i have had her since i was 10. 2morrow is not going to be easy. :( :( |

| Sorry to hear that. Thats an old age for a cat though so she's lived a good life. Saying goodbye is always tough regardless though. |
