Another one who gets it. Is it odd that I knew both you and Arbiter may be the only ones who would get it? |

Yet you'll do coke off of a sweaty man's back whose skin is so covered with syphilis it'd make you think you were playing connect 4?
Ah, I kid. You're not that bad :wtf: :p |

| You people really should be a little less sensitive about everything. It is okay to laugh at a holocaust joke as long as you get that 'it was wrong' feeling, but as soon as someone makes a joke about miners dying here in the US and it is all bitch and moan. :whip: |

Ooookay. But you have to admit it gets a little silly when they start blaming the deaths of the miners on the media. I saw one on TV shouting "THEY KILLED MY HUSBAND!" or something. As we all know, the explosion that sealed off the mine was inconsequential. And the oxygen deprivation, why, that's nothing to a seasoned miner. But when the news makes a bad report......they start dropping like flies. A strange breed, the Miner. |

Thanks. If they had saved these miners all these people would have been heros, but since they weren't able to get to them in time they somehow are blamed for their deaths. These people did the best they could. Stop blaming others and just face the fact that those miners were in a dangerous line of work and lost their lives doing it. Let the families grieve. |

what is so goddamn funny about innocent people dying?? i'm sorry, but i fail to see humor in that at all. |
Well, that's your failure, then. I'm sure it won't be your last. :o
I'm not so much concerned with your intentions as the reality of what you're doing. I can stick my thumb up my ass with the intention of creating world peace, but it wouldn't mean anything unless it accomplished something. Given that these "condolences" are being expressed where the people they're supposedly being offered to will likely never receive them, it appears to me the reality is that it is an act of self-gratification, rather than compassion. But I'm sure you'll fail to see that too. C'est la vie! |

wow. when your son will be in some serious surgery for 8 hours, and you're drained and almost completely emotionless already, the first doctor comes out and says everything's fine. the tears of joy just run down your cheek with the biggest relief feeling in your life. then the next doctor comes out and says that your son is dead. then the other people in the room start to laugh because it was some "funny miscommunication" and you got really "pwned". i guess you'll see how funny it is.
there are just certain things that making fun of shows how rotten a person is inside, and laughing at such a miscommunication is one of them. yes, i don't care about this tragedy, because it is not related to me in any way. but i would never find it fit on any forum to give up my moral inhibitions and to run along such lines. after all, moral inhibitions are the cornerstone of our civilization, the only thing that stops us from ing in public, ting in the street and cussing at your mother or elderly people. it also stops most people from laughing at such sad miscommunication stories. most. |
