| I'd like to meet a person who got all those games correct... and not just some idiot like Chris Berman who picks meathead picks... |

| After my 4-0 Wild-card picks, I went 3-1 on Divisionals (en Colts...), so I'll pick pick the Broncos in AFC to win the Superbowl against Panthers. |

I like these pics... I am a HUGE Broncos fan!! I think that Seattle might beat Carolina but it will be a very close match up. As far a Denver Vs. Pittsburgh, I think that if the Denver offense plays like they did against the Pats, the steelers are in some trouble. Yes it was the Denver D that carried the game but if you noticed, Denver made some great adjustments when the run was not working. This is from a team that uses the run more then any west coast offense! Jake kept his head about him and threw some great passes, They had great play calling and coaching (except for the 4 and 1 play in the end zone!) and the D was point on!!! I think if the Broncos play the Colts, it is a different story but the Steelers, I think it is going to be a good end of the 2005 season for me!!! |

Just pray that the seattle corners don't smack talk Steve Smith before the game like the chicago db's did and you should be okay |

| For some reason, I dont see Seattle winning this game. Even with the Redskins, they had trouble, I think if the Redskins would of capitalized on the turnovers, they would of won, with Shaun out too. But Carolina is too good, at least I think so. But its the NFL, anything can happend. |

You don't win play off games with offense. ;) |
And I would say that Carolina has the better of the two defenses. Julius Peppers isnt as hurt as the media is making it out to be, and hes a better end than Graat Winstrom. Carolina's front four is missing Kris Jenkins, but can still wreck havoc. Dan Morgan up the middle is as good as any of the linebackers in the league and their secondary has the speed to put themselves into position to make plays.
Offense is going to decide this game, mostly, can Nick Goings be effective running the ball? The holes will be there on the Seattle defense. If he can at least be some kind of a threat, Steve Smith will have an easier day. Seattle's defense is stacked up well against a runner like Goings.
Carolina can stop Seattle through the air, but if Shaun Alexander can take the game over, any questions about Nick Goings are null.
I think Carolina will win, even without Foster. This team was a field goal away from overtime against the Patriots a few years ago and they are good. If they can play mistake-free, they should win in Seattle |
