2006: how will trance be?

What do you expect for 2006?
More progressive tunes, more tech-prog or a return of the classical uplifting sound?
More synthesizer sounds or more real instruments like guitars and stuff? |

im only just getting back into it after a few years out of it.
but im loving the new junkie xl type stuff (Y)
not too sure on specific genres and that though, not much of a connosiuer [sp] yet. |

this should be in MD but...
i think it will progress like it always has. expanding in the differen't areas while keeping most of them intact. more prog, more tech, more trance maybe creating new genres or atleast newer sounds not heard before.
all the while armin and markus try to fit it all into their shows to satisfy their ever expanding audiences. :p |

Maybe we should make predictions about what kinds of trance will prevail in 2006.
Then we can make detailed statistical analysis as the year goes on, and hopefully by this time next year we can draw up a series of pie charts and histograms that will show us the exact direction trance has taken, and whether or not our predictions were accurate. |
