NU-NRG : the real story

Ok Beofre i started listing to as much trance as i do now Me and most of my friends were die hard NU-Nrg fans, for almost a year and ahalf this is all we listend to....NOT uk hard house but Nu-Nrg. One of the things that makes me mad is when people mis-represent Nu-nrg with the samples they give to describe it.
I dont care what anyone says Nu-nrg-Dreamland is NOT, I repeat NOOOOOOOT nu-nrg neither is Kernkraft 400, or RBA-no alternative.
Anyway i found this article on a site, it was written by DJ Morgan, hes one of the most respected Nu-Nrg Dj's in the wester USA if not the entire USA. He goes over exactly what Nu-Nrg is and what sets it aside from UK hard house.

If you want to hear some examples of Nu-nrg go to the music section of the site i just gave you and it has live sets from many of the Nu-Nrg masters ie. Kristen, super fast Oz, Kemikal Kid, and the master DJ Morgan
anyway i hope this article will help some of you understand what Nu-Nrg really is. |

dude, I never said 'Dreamland' was Nu-NRG, I'm not that stupid.
in the article they also use the term "HH-Nu-NRG", is that "hardhouse nu nrg"? |

I didnt say YOU said dreamland was nu-nrg but i have seen on at least 3 occasion on this board people saying the it was nu-nrg.
HH-Nu-Nrg means hard house AND nu-nrg. he was talking about Distributors who deal with hard house and nu-nrg labels. |

| I actually havnt heard that track by him. I have heard Yoji live about a year ago and he was spinning nu-Nrg. At the time I saw him he was producing for Mohawk records alongside Madam Zu. I think lately he has been doing the hard trance thing but im not to sure. |
