Run Windows Update, pretty much asap.

There's a pretty major exploit that out right now, basically many images are affected including .JPG . The thing is that just looking at the image can cause your computer to be exploited. Yes, it takes about 5 mins to run windows update and it a hassle to restart the computer... but better be safe then sorry.
I don't normally do this, but this one can get VERY bad VERY quick.
It's best to run windows update (must use internet explorer, not firefox)
basically press the START button on the lower left corner, and look for windows update.

Actually, better to run Microsoft Update than Windows Update ;)
Anyway, a workaround for this has been available for a week:
regsvr32 -u %windir%\system32\shimgvw.dll :toocool: and reboot :rolleyes:
Warning: This breaks Picture and Fax Viewer :( |
