Ibiza's Children

Now I know in the past there were many posts on this but a couple of years have passed and I finally watched this documentary again tonight for the first time in a very(too) long time. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, go to the trancEaddict d/l section and find 'Children of Ibiza' in the video section. It's a half an hour documentary of the island filmed by one of our very own TOTA's. I have seen about a dozen of these types of things and nothing compares to this. It's an essential for any EDM lover and even more so if you're planning to go to the island.

Glasses in the air for Evissa.

+ 1 to Kaveh aka Cyrus_King for this documentary.

The video made Ibiza seem like everyone was such a hippy, but it really wasn't that way. I was amazed at all the different people from different walks of life. There was one dude at Amnesia there maybe in his late 40s with his wife breakin it down. He could have been the CEO of some major company. That is what I love about Europe-it completely broke down Stereotypes that you make of certain people.

i remember watching that when it was first posted.
great documentary about ibiza and it was put together very well.
im dying to go to ibiza but its so damn expensive.
Goashem

Best documentary of Ibiza ??

YES, but i found it a little bit biased, it gives the impression that Ibiza is all about trance and thats not the case Ibiza is mostly house, actually the only two places that play trance are Amnesia on tuesdays and thursdays and Eden on sundays, they also play eurotrance in smaller clubs that aren't worth mentioning.

it sure is laid back over there but not hippy(well not anymore), you do occasionally find some local hippys on some of the beaches but thats about it.

100% right.
Everyone knows Europe is more laid-back, but they generally don't
remember that this is also true for the partiers.
Less ppl party as hard (drug-use, binge drink)than in N.America
or the UK for that matter - BELIEVE me this is a fact...

My hotel on my trip, unknowingly, was ENTIRELY older couples -
mostly with children. We had noise complaints EVERYday of 12.
AND, the hotel was in the same town as Space (Playa d'en Bossa),
ONLY a 3 min drive apart  :conf: - NEVER would've imagined it.

I did like this video, but Ibiza's visitors are not represented here.
Ibiza's crackers are represented to a tee tho :D

my three fave bits... (in no particular order)

1. "as the rush comes in" plays as they drive through the town... travelling somewhere... could be anywhere...
2. "the eternal" plays as the sun sets (just beautiful)
3. "altitude (shokk remix)" club scene

simply awesome.
