Oh Krinker, that was awesome.. You totally just made my night and summed up the best attitude ever. I want to say so much more, but there is no need. Thanks though dude, my respect for you has increased drastically.
PS to the Jolly Ranchers: careful not to choke... even on regular days in class those things just slip down my throat before they're ready. It's uncomfortable and potentially dangerous... but damn do they taste good! |

i think that if you NEED to slam someone with a coined term regarding people that listen to edm, 3 basic names come to mind: clubber, raver, candy kid. i'm sure everyone can open themselves up to whatever interpretation they want to, and people that fit into each three names can be equally retarded or equally hardcore. and there are WAYYYYY too many kids out there that do not appreciate the music, but instead use the scene just as an outlet for drug use and are in love with 'armin van dyk' or 'ferry oakenfold'. but what matters in the end isn't who sucks on a pacifier, who's bopping their head on the couch, or who's on the floor choking on a jolly rancher...it's the fact that we all should bond because we share the same taste in music (genre speaking), and we all know that there aren't enough people in this world that actually RESPECT it. so we should get along with our fellow listeners because the people that actually care for this art, is the people that matter. thank you and goodnight. |

i wouldn't call them candy kids, just retarded...each time i try to enlighten them more and more about the real reason they should be there...but i doubt they remember anything i say in the morning :eyespop: :sadgreen: if u choose to, take drugs to enhance the music not take music to enhance the drugs. :) |
