Another great night guys. Aaron Roach and Dean "grislibär *" Millson kicked things off beautifully with some wicked, twisted proggy stuff and Omid banged it out for the entire 3 hours he played for. New venue's looking pretty damn good too, although it could be a bit hairy if they make you keep the music down at every event (wtf was with that?).
Oh well. Catch you all at the next one. :)

Yes Omid did indeed rock it. And he's also dangerously close to pipping Steve Porter for the most down to earth, approachable & downright top bloke that we've had the pleasure of hosting at PF so far.
Great sets by all really, and it's great to see that i'm not the only one who thinks so :)
Was great to hear so many of Omid 16b edits and re-rubs of so many great tunes also. It's obvious that he works really hard inbetween gigs to ensure that he's got the perfect soundtrack for wherever he's playing.

Also glad to hear that we've received nothing but positive feedback about the new venue. I've always said that imo it's the best (and probably most underrated) venue in the CBD for electronic music events. The atrium & the ambience of being inside an old jail really add to the uniqueness of the place :) We unfortunately had a few sound issues on the night with respect to some complaints by nearby residents. The fact that the venue is enclosed in glass doesn't make for the best soundproofing unfortunately! It didn't take long to get the levels correct but unfortunately Omid was told by someone claiming to be the owner of the venue to turn it up again, meaning the boys in blue came back for a second round - which they were not that happy about... We're confident we can address the issue before the next party so it shouldn't be an issue again in the future,
We're having a rest in February due to Two Tribes rolling into town early this year so our next party will be in March with a date and lineup (which is looking very very special) to be confirmed shortly. So we'll see you on the dancefloor again real soon...
Thanks again for the continued support from everyone - we've got quite a few susprises lined up for this year which will hopefully show how much we appreciate it :)
