so I won in a hold 'em money game today. 350 bucks!!! w00t!!! i came in there with $60 and left with $350. my best hand of the night..
three people call before me.
i'm big blind.. I hold QQ and raise 5 bucks.
everyone calls.
flop comes: Q K K
I flopped a full house!!!! i check. everyone checks.
turn comes: Q K K 3
I check. next guy raises 10 bucks. next guy calls. the last to act re-raises $25. I go all in with $120. first guy folds, second guy folds.. the last guy who re-raised thinks about it... thinks about it... thinks so more... and calls!!
he held K7. So he had trip Kings while I had the full boat.
river comes: Q K K 3 6
it was ing awesome, let me tell ya. ok i'm done. |

and nachos, i DID tip. me and a couple buddies play in this particular poker tournament just about every sunday.. and ever since we started going, i always told them that if i took over 200 bucks home, i would take them all out to eat somewhere..
so we went to perkins. I tipped the waiter %15 of the total, which was like... 6 bucks or so.

lol it seems like perkins is the ultimate 24hr drunk food restaurant.
i remember when i was a freshman in HS, me and a bunch of buddies went there trashed at like 3am... one of my friends puked all over the lobby floor, it was hilarious. and all the cashier did was say, "uh.... you need to get your friend out of here." |

I was just at a casino playing $1 - $2 NL, I had almost $200 in front of me (bought in for $100), im like 4th to act and there is a guy 2 to my left with almost $1500 (max buy in was $200, so he is good). But I noticed he was playing aggressive, over raising with crap and stuff.
Hand is dealt, I get pocket aces. I bet out $15, call to my left, another call to my left....and folds all around. Flop - 10, 6, 2. two of them matched suits so I bet out $25 to get em out, or to get a rasie form that fool. One fold and one raise an extra $100. I look at my stack and I have a $100 and another stack about half that. If I jump in I better jump all in. but only after staring at him :D
I go all in so it is $55 more to him he calls....he had pocket jacks and my aces held up. I think I won a ~$430 pot, and I tipped the dealer $15.
I was happy. Cashed out an hour later with $392. |

nice. it was a ten-handed game, i take it? before i played the cash game, i got taken down three different times with runner-runner flushes that caught on the river :whip: :whip: :whip: |
