Alright, i'm relativly knew to the electronic scene, as i only started really listening about a year or so ago. Now i have been having a bit of trouble finding out what exactly constitutes all the different genres of electronic.
So my question is, could you guys please explain what defines trance, or techno, or D&B etc.? And also, what do you mean by deep,hard, etc. |

| is there anything more detailed that that one? Sorry but "everything is house music" is not a good definition of house music IMO. all i'm really looking for is a detailed explanation of all the different genres of electronic music. |

| listen to the music, like even goto to online record shops to listen to samples. etc. |

it will all come in time...
just listen to the music, and you will start to notice different tendancies between genres... it's a little hard to explain everything all in one shot and stuff :) |
