muscle milk - cuz its time released pro ... and its just a popular brand at my job.

thats not bad
try it out see how it works
i currently take a carb shake and protein shake.. mix them in a 2 to 1 ratio
w'ell see how it goes.. might have to revive the workout thread oh noses! |
