Element's dress code...

- Men - Collared shirt and trousers, with dress shoes, boots, or nice tennis shoes
- Women - Trendy or classy wear with heals or nice shoes.
- No Sneakers/Tennis Shoes (shoes new, clean, tight may be allowed if in good condition)
- No Flip Flops, House shoes, Foam bottom thongs, Sandals
- No Sport logo attire
- No Sleeveless shirts/Tank tops on Men, or "wife beaters" on anyone
- No Jogging suits
- No Plain Athletic T-shirts, also must not be longer than finger tips
- No Bandanas
- No Jerseys
- No Shorts
- No Cammo
- No Pocket knives or small keychain tools such as mini leathermans etc.
- No Backpacks or large bags
- No Jeans that are ripped, excessively baggy, or torn. If you decide to wear you will need to dress them up with a nice top, collared shirt, sweater, and boots or nice shoes is required.
- No Beanies, Wave, Skull, or Baseball Caps allowed. Please leave them in your car. Kangols, Bowlers, Fedoras and other dress hats are permitted.

And my personal addition to the list...

- No being yourself and dressing like yourself. Conform to our standards where clubbing isn't about going out and having a good time, but instead it's where you have to fit in in order to be accepted. It's not about the music, it's about fitting in.
