Officially, non-muslims cannot enter Saudi Arabia.
But there's some rule bending and secluded areas to let some non-muslim live in muslim sacred land (i.e. Saudi Arabia).
But are non-muslim permitted to enter that Mecca or enter that city... hell no.
But you can become a muslim by saying a phrase... so I gues, everything is possible:p |

the pilgrimage to mecca was always important to humanities advancement because it enabled different peoples and cultures from different ends of the earth to meet and exchange ideas on philosophy, technology, architecture, art, literature et al |
