Heya fellow tranceaddicts.

I'm an 18 year old kid, who's studying business in the wonderful city of Copenhagen, Denmark. This year in Marc, we are flying out to Canada to see the Niagara Falls and what other turist attractions the city has to offer.

Of course, being a trance addict, i wouldn't want to leave the country before inspecting the clubbingscene in Canada a little before going. I have been snooping around a little, and I found that most clubs are restricted to 19+ year olds. Is this true? I think the majority of the class is 18, and it would be kind of sad if that totally handicaps us from going out.

Any good clubs you guys can reccommend? My taste in music is very diverse, but I like Armin van Buuren and Motocycle alot (they are my favorites).

I find Canadian websites and forums a bit confusing from what i'm used to, so i'm hoping for some help here.

I thank you in your advance for your hopefully constructive replies!

You'll be able to hit up Viva while you're here, it's 16+. You just won't be able to drink.

What days are you coming?

Check the events forum to see what's going on.

And unfortunately majority of clubs are 19+.

Niagara Falls is so meh.
Well, except for Yanks coming over to get drunk. (Or so I hear...) :D

Replies almost even before i posted, hehe nice. I'm coming over from the 21 through 28th of March.

I'm really sad to hear about the 19+ policies. Here I was thinking that being 18 made me all grown up and stuff, because the majorities of the clubs here in Denmark are 18+ :p

The laws in terms of buying alcohol, are they 19+ as well? Is no one bending the rules over there?

Viva, is that a trance-ish place as well or how so?

Thanks for your help so far! :)
EvilTree
It'll be another month or 2 before events on that date start getting posted.

Some clubs allow people to get in if you're 16+ but not many. To buy alcohol, it's 19+

Just 4 hours over the border in Montreal in Quebec you can drink. It's 18 there.

There are all ages parties posted. House parties always rock here too!

Viva is trance.
You must be 19+ to buy alcohol anywhere in Ontario. Keep checking up on this forum for parties closer to your arrival date.

forget niagara and toronto if you are 18. Go to montreal.

Canadian alcohol laws are pretty retarded. People cant drink past 2 am here and we arent allowed to have booze on the street or in public places.
