When I said that Sven paved the way for Sasha I meant as regards to his technical DJing. Sven has been DJing for close to 30 years now, the guy is a pioneer in technical DJing and the LA sun has nothing to do with it. Listen to Sven's latest CD, Sound of the Sixth Season, and I guarantee you you'll understand what I mean...
Sasha is still one of my favs though, the guys a creative genius

Dude I've listened to my fair share of Sven, and IMO he's nothing to get excited about, really, he plays the fads like most DJs.
Dont diss Hell, I imagine you've never heard him or you wouldnt be.
Listen to his Urban arts form 5 hour MADNESS, and you'll be saying Sven who? In no time. |

All that being said, Sven deserves credit for his contribution to EDM like any dj that contributes lots to the genre, but just cause I think he's bad doesnt mean I dont know anything about EDM, it's personal preference based on me listening to A LOT of his stuff from post 2000.
Whereas of course you prolly dunno who or where DJ Hell is from, or what he plays. :p
