| there's always points, usually when a fad wears old & some people keep on using it, or while a few ppl disappear & some new ones come in to replace them. then there's the tryhards who annoy the out of people but in time they go away too, and there'll always be some people left from the good times. |

I'd say there's been a decline in the COR going on for at least a year and a half now. I used to love coming here and checking the boards practically every day. Everyone was friendly and had a laugh, and generally got on with each other. The few flame wars that were had were legendary beasts, but everyone sorted themselves out in the end and didn't take it too seriously.
Now it's like the boards are overun with hormone-ridden kiddies who, for the most part, don't have a clue about anything, so they lash out at everyone. There's no "fun" going on in here anymore. It's all toilet humour and threads about bearded women, which might interest little kids, but not me at least.
Every now and then a quality thread will pop up, like the "Girls Eating Sammiches" thread, or the photoshop ones, but the rest are pure turd. No offence to everyone who likes that drivel, but either I've grown out of it all or everyone else is getting dumber. |
