'Living in Ottawa, having lived in Toronto for a few months, and seeing it all from a west coast perspective (Vancouverite back in the day), I've been waiting for such a thread.
Toronto:
-Hiphop and Rap/Alternative music city
-hotdog stands
-rooftop patios
-trendy clothing stores (mostly expensive)
-Brass Rail
Montreal
-EDM city
-poutine stands
-second-hand smoke (on its way out)
-trendy clothing stores (mostly good deals)
-Chez Paré
In a perfect (Canadian) world, I would wake up in my Vancouver home, earn a paycheck with my Toronto job, then blow it all in Montreal's restaurants/clubs ;) |
