yeah of all the rest stops we had to stop at, it *HAD* to be that one. CRAZY lol. its good that ur good with faces. :]
anyway im SO glad i went to LOVE, that is one really pretty venue...i thought the edm room was gorgeous :) i wish we had something like that here. The floor could be a little better (it was wood paneled), but otherwise it was a very good space. |

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to tell you all I had a great time in Philadelphia and Washington DC! Crowds in both places were great, the parties were loaded with energy.
Also had a lot of fun at the afterparty on Sundaymorning in DC... quite an adventure getting home after that haha! :D
I wish all of you the best (in parties and life) and hope to see you soon :)

| Judging by the comments in this review and the sets I've heard from Menno (Technoclub in the mix 15-12, Intuition Radio 052 Yearmix 28-12, Intuition Radio 054 11-01), Menno is one amazing DJ. Can't wait to see him play in New York... I hope that happens very soon as well :) |

Late so damn busy..................my turn
I was pumped last week to hear Menno De Jong after listening to him on Intuition Radio 054 on ETN.fm - 01-11-2006.
I got to LOVE around 11:00 and finding a place to park wasn't hard but it still madd sketchy around that part of D.C. So I finally got in at 11:30 and it kinda suck that you have to walk all the way up buyt oh well. So yeah got there and notice a change in there since the DJ booth actully got middle into the middle which I actully liked since you can interact with DJ more but he can whored easily.They also added couches on the other side. The place looks much better and I am glad the floor is wood because concrete floor kills the legs.
I first Johnathan and Claudia in there and they introduced me to Adam which I seen around but didn't know he post of the Glow forums. So yeah I heard Jose spinning in there but I though that was JavD but I was wrong.
JavD got on the decks around 12, he start out a slow for me but then he start lay it down some hot choons. Wish I could remember what the heck he played, oh well now that I have a cellphone I gout down tracks.
Around 12 I notice the NYTA's where in full effect dancing away and then I notcie Elipse tearing up the dance floor. Menno De Jong finally got on took us soem ride with pure bliss as Brian/Vtec likes to say. I really like the Mash up of Mr.Lyteo and I finally got to friggin hear it.

Gabriel and Dresden feat Molly - Treasure Down which okay but I pefer the orginal mix.
If I remember anymore I will post but I know AVB feat Gabriel and Dresden - Zocola and Arcadia was in there somewhere.
Overall great night and beginning for 2006
Glad to see some NYTA's crash the party it was pleasure meeting/partying you and some new faces - Elipse the floor pwner and the sexy ArminWhore4life deff. paryying crasher. Sorry it end to early for you but thats ghey ass D.C. is

Yea if he does happen to play in NY I drive myself up there. A trip to Toronto is too much for me. |
