A subtext to this is the tension between the politicians and the priests in Iran. The politicians are just trying to 'out-radicalize' the priests. If they don't, they come off as Zionist-loving whores of the Great Satan.

well yes iran gut it's name from term "aryan" . i studied this long ago in a history class.
but who knows that that "aryan" referes to the "aryan" that hitler was believing was the best race.
but quite honest guys this new presedent is such a freak and unfortuntley i think he means what he says . since he's in power i've heard he's made life more hard for people in iran.
one thing i 've heard that he has done , he has banned any western music from TV. At the time that the ex presedent "khatami" was on power he gave lots of freedom to people such as free media and he gave permission to Pop artists to produce music. But after the new presedent took over the power(some people saied he cheated) he banned them all!
I've heard from my parents that iran used to be a very beautifull and free country . even tha army was the 3rd strongest army of the world. but after ayatoulahs came and kicked out the king, everything gut worst and worst. |
