Computer Problem - Desktop Ran Away

my taskbar on the bottom has disappeared. no start menu, no program running list, no nothing. also, there are no icons on my desktop. and i cant right click my desktop. its like, my desktop completly disappeared, but for some reason, the wall paper is still up. the only way im running anything is ctrl + alt + delete to run the system tray.
can anyone help me get my desktop back? |

ctrl+alt+del -> file-> run-> type "explorer"
or reboot
if this is happening permanently even after rebooting.. ehh, format that |

What's weird for me is that my ctrl+alt+delete doesn't work any more. When I press it nothing happens so I just sit there going :wtf: |

that usually happens when you have nasty worms in your pc.. like sasser, blaster and those.. watch out |

this is some weird . i typed in explorer, then i see the microsoft internet explorer logo come up with explorer right next to it. im going to type in "windowsexplorer".
doesnt work.... |
