Hi mate,
I love this tune, the melody is ing fantastic, sticks in your head etc. It's good a really good vibe and flows beautifully. Arrangement is spot on, in fact most of the tune is right on the money. Only gripe is the vanguardish sounding synths. The main lead in the breakdown is pretty dry, which is alright when the nice background arp comes in, but on its own is a bit meh. The synth at 4:26 (short mix) works but reeks of vanguard preset ;) btw the groove after the breakdown is bloody good.
Overall, excellent! This tune made me sit up and notice, because the melody works well, has a good feel to it, and most importantly has character, which quite a few tunes doing the rounds seem to lack. I'm impressed! |
