| I know that there are some RE people on here, so i figured i'd ask what their opinion is as to how much i'd have to pay for werehouse space. I'm looking for one big room, about 1000-1500SF to be used for storage and very light manufacturing (i.e. cutting, etc). It's gotta be damn cheap: things like climate control are definitely not required. However, it has to be in a semi-secure location, as it'll contain around 100k worth of equipment. It's insured, but i'd really rather not have it stolen in the first place :) So yea, all that being said, how much should i budget? Remember, i'm talking about cheap areas like Scarborough, or maybe even Burlington or Newmarket. The number i'm looking for is the total monthly lease payment. |
