This was e-mailed to me yesterday from Live Nation.
( www.livenation.com )It was sent out from the Windish Agency.
"Some of you may have heard about Mylo cancelling his upcoming tour in Japan and Australia. Mylo has had an infection for the last month which has resulted in complete hearing loss in one of his ears and partial hearing loss in the other. He has been on medication to eradicate the infection but it has not gone away and his hearing continues to decline. His doctors have advised him that performing any shows with his current condition could result in permanent hearing loss. Therefore, he's cancelling his upcoming tour in the USA and Canada. I will have an official press release for you shortly. I've attached the press released regarding the cancellation in Japan and Australia. I'm very sorry for the bad news." |

This is very very upsetting to me because I've been looking forward to this event for over a month. He was supposed to preform with a 6 piece live electronic band, which is information that I received directly from Live Nation who actually booked the event. Now I don't know if that mean he was going to preform with other artists or just on his own live but whatever it was going to be I'm sure it woulkd have been hot!! At any rate, I'm sure they'll get him back when his hearing improves and he's back on tour. |

That's too bad. I remember he did a 5 piece live show here before last year's WMC. It was definitely awesome... One guy doing the bass guitar, another guy on the drum machine and back up guitar and Mylo on the synth and other guitar. |

| i would rather hear him spin records anyway...he tried to play with the live band at Ultra NYC and they played about one song before they left...i guess that was Ultra's fault for screwing up the sound system, but at least with records you generally don't have problems like that... |
