Just wanted to share this with you guys, since we have so many persoanl problems that come up in the CORe. I feel that this can really help both emotionally and physically in almost any type of situation where we have the capacity to be hurt. Give it a look.

It helped to put me back on the right path after my defeat in the whore-off, I hope it will help you too.
