I can't say for sure if my "internet personality" and my "in person personality" are the same. Why? Because I know that subconciously, when I come online, I don't have to face the consequences for a lot of what I say and do, whereas "IRL", I do.
I would like to think that I am the same in both situations, but I am sure there are times where my confidence is strengthened by the screen of my monitor. |
