Can't wait.... Is Askew good of late? I used to adore his productions (gone a bit stale of late) and everybody used to rave about him... he's still good or?! |

i must admit i've never massively rated Askew. But he hasnt got any worse :p
Jules was surprisingly good last night btw, that's twice in a row. I think something must be up with him :stongue: |

I see...
yeah I always check his playlists but I used to see a bit more dark/obscure stuff than the frequent anjuna (etc) stuff he seems to play now... although hopefully thats just his producers telling him to tone it down?!...
looking forward to it anyway
So JJ didnt ruin it with dodgy mixin/ good tune, good tune, good tune.... CHEDDAR...? |

no was more how he used to play in 97/98, combination of trance and almost old fashioned house. Solid mixing too. I think him being 12-2 helped, when he is on later he's normally ed. |

yeah he's good. Can get a bit boring sometimes though. You'll probably know the majority of the stuff you'll hear in the set which is never a bad thing. |

I'd disagree, I'd say the majority of the time if I hear a set where I know nearly every tune, then I really don't enjoy it that much, unless it was some rare PVD classics set or something mad?
I like a DJ to play as many unknown (but ing quality) tunes as possible... Probably my fave thing about goin out is experiencing an amazing tune for the first time in a great club atmos... |
