Phil's is the first bar I was EVER drunk in - I think I was either 15 or 16. Seriously, what do you expect with ridiculousness like $1.50 drinks on a Wednesday night (at least the last time I heard)?

to make everything clear it's $1.75 drinks at phils.
that was an interesting night, i havem't been sick for over a year. what did me in was the 8 rum and cokes in 15mins at phils lol. i don't even remember leaving phils but i remember throwing up at morty's. |
