It's not.

Granted, there are some men who decide to walk around naked (including creepy transvestites... one undressed right in front of us :nervous: ) but it's not gay.

Sad news, I just read at www.loveparade.de that Mark Spoon died january 9th 2006. He was just 39.

I was an early Jam & Spoon fan. (Right in the Night, Follow Me)

germany will fukin make millions if theres a love parade at the same time as the world cup, the tickets for the finals of the world cup will be 600 euros

i'll be there then if its held this year in the summer :D

Ugh, held at the same time as the World Cup? Not only does that mean that the parade will be twice as overcrowded than usual, but it will also be filled 30% by beer boys who are busy with twatting themselves and stirring up.

I say let Loveparade rest in peace before it is turned into an even bigger caricature of its roots.

i agree wholly with this, i think it is a very bad year to try and resurrect it, unless it is done at a seperate time to the world cup.

I probab;y wont go if it coincides, don't want to be labelled as a football hooligan:(

Who cares what you're labelled as? As long as you go and you have a good time, then you're fine. You shouldn't give two s as to what someone else thinks about you. :)

Three events are planned for this summer in Berlin, but none of them have really been confirmed:

B-Parade - Organized by the people who also organize the streetparade in zuerich - probably the weekend after the world cup final

Planet pro Berlin - Not a parade but a stationary event from the Siegessaeule to the Brandenburger Tor - atm planned for the world cup final week but there is the "FIFA world cup fan mile" planned for the same location - Happened last year though and thus might have a high chance to return this year

Loveparade - I only heard that some people want to do it but I heard there would be something announced in January, which has not happened yet

WeŽll just have to wait and see. Whatever event happens, I`ll be there! :)
