how could that be when the actual event took place on the 20th? and YES, the story keeps getting bigger here in new york with the shakeup of CPS in nyc and recent jailhouse interview with the step dad.

no way, send him to jail and let the other inmates take care of it right away. you give him the death penality he gets to live another 10 or 12 years until the appeals run out.

You sure about that? How could the event happen on the 20th, and that newpaper article be originally published on the 17th? |

agreed, but you've got to charge him with the death penalty to get him to plea down to a longer sentence |
