No it was never official released on Vinyl!
They are existing only some one side 12" promos of that mix! But it was never in the distribution!
But it was on some compilations in Germany!

Yep, this track was on the "Future Trance Vol. 17".
It's the 5th track on CD1, which was released in October 2001 here in Germany!
