OK I REALLY NEED TO VENT HERE.
I was playing $50/100 limit on Party Poker. I sat down at the tightest table and I bought the button. (meaning I have to post the big blind) I got two kings...pokcet kings very strong hand. I raised from an early position. Everybody folded expect for the button. The flop came out to K,7,7. WOW! I flopped the boat! No need to slow play here since he thinks I'm gonna be stealing the pot. I bet out, he raised, I reraised, he capped it. At this point, I put him on 2 pair, kings and 7s...or maybe a7 suited, or 67, 78 suited. The turn was another 7. At this point, I was a little bit worried. But I mean...there was only one card in the deck that could have beat me. I check raised him and he thought for a long time and 3 betted. I thought he had AA or QQ when he 3 betted, I knew I was still good so I capped it and he called.
Guess waht the river was......yes...another 7!
wow....I bet out again, (I had to if I dont lose and he just called)
he turned over ace, 3 off-suit. I think I lost about $800 on that one hand. I die now...

that's exactly why i hate playing with players. he shouldn't even be calling pre-flop with that ...
wow that is just a terrible hand. what are people like that even doing playing 50/100?
no where near as bad, but i took this beat at a tournament the other weekend, lucky still had chips afterwards...
i've got position. blinds are 50/100. a couple of people in front of me limp in the, it comes around to me and i got AK so i raise out about 400. this girl next to me is short stacked so she goes all in for another 150, couple people fold and this guy at the end of the table calls, i call and the flop...
K-2-9
the guy at the end of the table bets out about 300 at it, i raise him which basically makes him make the all in decision i call of course...
cards flip
girl that was all in had QQ, i have top pair with my AK, guy at the end of the table has 2-6 off suit????
catches a two on the river.
why would you ever call a raise like that pre-flop? even more why would you ever call a raise after the flop all in with a 2? god i was mad hahaha. |

That's pretty unlucky man.
One of my frustrating stores was when one round I had pocket Kings... so I went all in before the flop, I had my game sound, I knew people would follow me, but I knew that my hand was very strong, being in the top 5% of cards... anyway, got ed over, A, Q, 10 some other little came up... and yeah, he had an A.
So then next round, reverse the whole situation with some other jackass having double Queens... and I with the A... this time... no Ace... I lose.
Luckily I usually win... so it's all good. |

he doesnt suck at all. if you didnt go all in on a KK then you are retarded!!!
one day i was playing at school and me and this other guy were all-in. he pulls out a KK, while my measly 44 doesnt do anything (i was short stacked btw.) So, whats the river? a 4!!! thats right!!:eyes: |
